Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as any payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it? We begin processing orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order is placed. Please reach out to us immediately at hello@daze-la.com and we'll do our best to assist you.


Shipping

How long does it take to ship my order? Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. You will see the exact cost before completing your purchase.

Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.

Who is responsible for customs fees on international orders? All customs duties, import taxes, and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Daze Los Angeles is not liable for any additional charges imposed by your country's customs authorities.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, so please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

What if I received a damaged or wrong item? We're sorry to hear that. Please email us at hello@daze-la.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos of the item and packaging. We will review your case and work to resolve it promptly.
